ORIGINS

From the undergrowth to the treetops of the linden trees

At the edge of the blooms

In the heart of the reserve, the blooms do not always follow one another neatly. The linden blossom sometimes joins that of the brambles, which take over the edges and paths. The bees move between the trees and the undergrowth, at the rhythm of what the season offers them. This honey is a reflection of this encounter: a harvest that we do not seek to replicate identically, because the landscape itself never repeats exactly.
