The Song of the Flowers
Summer stretches its light over the apiary. In the orchard, flowers have given way to young fruit; further away, the meadows come alive with new blooms. The bees move from flowering grasses to hedges, then to wooded edges, following what each day offers them.
It is the time of ripening fruit and a landscape that changes almost silently. Our summer honey is born from this diversity: no single flower takes center stage. It retains a quiet sweetness, that of a season one would wish to prolong.
