THE ORIGIN

Orchards of yesteryear

The story of this honey begins with the first blooms.

In the organic orchard, the fruit trees are covered in flowers. Nearby, the hawthorn hedges turn white in their turn. The bees go back and forth between these two promises of spring.

From this effervescence is born a honey with a pronounced taste, crossed with fruity notes: a harvest that keeps within it the momentum of the return of sunny days.
